Refund policy

Return and refund policy                                                                                                     PageCraft builds a custom website for each order, so once we've started work the time and effort can't be recovered. Here's how refunds work:

  - Before we start the build. Full refund. Email us within 24 hours of ordering.                - After we start, before we deliver. 50% refund.                                                                 - After delivery. No refund, but every order includes two rounds of revisions within 14 days. If something is broken or off, tell us and we'll fix it.                                                   - If we can't deliver your site.
